Job Title : Hemovigilance Officer
Location: Dublin
Salary: €56,972.00 to €76,188.00
Type: Permanent, Full time
TTM are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hemovigilance Officer for a busy private hospital in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have a least 3-5 years’ experience relevant to the specialty or 3 years’ experience in a blood transfusion laboratory.

Requirements:

• BSc in Medical Science
• CORU Registration
• 3-5 years’ post graduate experience relevant to the specialty or 3 years’ experience in blood transfusion laboratory
• Knowledge of blood transfusion and practices
• Knowledge current EU Blood Directive legislation

• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and managementKnowledge of Risk management and clinical audit
