Your role
Your role will include: Development and maintenance of hardware products for embedded Linux systems and audio processing. The product portfolio consists of IP based user terminals, interface devices, installation “accessories”, PC equipment and ship consoles. As most of the products are used in the marine sector and the defence market, there is a strong focus on environmental requirements for these sectors.

• Requirements break down according to V-model
• System design and documentation
• Schematics and PCB layout
• BOM definition together with supply chain
• Hardware bring-up in own lab
• Plan and execute verification tests (e.g., EMC, temperature and performance).

Your profile
This opportunity requires a person who likes to learn and work with many stakeholders. The candidates we are looking for have experience with electronics design tools for preparing schematics and PCB layout.
We expect you to hold a B.Sc. in the field of Electrical Engineering or Electronic Hardware Engineering combined with several years of experience from a similar position.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.
