ELECTRONICS TEST ENGINEER – OXFORD – £60K - £70K

Hexwired Recruitment is currently searching for an electronics test engineer to become a part of a team contributing towards creating exceptionally efficient and lightweight regulated solutions.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and teams by taking responsibility for testing and validating products, encompassing the adherence to test plans, execution of tests, data collection, and the reporting of results to both internal and external clients.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ELECTRONICS TEST ENGINEER JOB:

• Possess a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing dynamometers and laboratory equipment to set up and conduct tests.
• Exhibit experience in testing motors, MCUs, or other powertrain systems.
• Proficient in using MATLAB or NI tools for data analysis and capable of creating custom analysis scripts.
• Maintain flexibility and an open-minded approach to swiftly adapt to changes in project priorities.
• Showcase knowledge, reasoning, and problem-solving skills in the field of engineering.
• Possess strong analytical and judgment skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions in testing.
• Display a hands-on approach in test setup, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
