WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You will bring your educational background in Engineering or similar with 5-8 years of experience in Project Management.
Familiar with the Industrial & Supply Chain environment, you are showing excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
Finally, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and your fluency in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

By covering this position, you will coordinate the project streams of responsibilities, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases, respecting resources, budget and time constraints.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your role will be to design, develop and maintain KPIs dashboard. You will manage KPIs results day-by-day activities in terms of tracking, update and communication.
You will develop the project operating plan according to the project scope, objectives and approach. You will define activities, timing, responsibility for the different streams highlighting milestones and deliverables while discussing the project plans and updates with the project leader.
Moreover, you will cascade the project plan for the different streams. Guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases will be under your responsibility.
Also, you will facilitate the required change management to move from project to process.
On top of that, you will enable the identification, promotion and development of plant best practices via internal/external communication, assuring a continuous improvement way of working. Your role will be to identify and propose breakthrough improvements in terms of technologies and equipment.
You will coordinate cross-functional projects guaranteeing overall consistency. You will drive program initiatives inside the plant, operating as project roll-out facilitator during start-up phase, while ensuring line functions full accountability towards program execution.
You will also activate and simplify the link between local and central functions, redirecting support requests coming from plant functions to the appropriate central points of reference.
Aditionally, this role implies prioritizing projects and programs based on Hazelnut Company’s business strategies. You will realize risk analysis and collect the list projects in scope of the program.
The aim will be to identify projects conflicts while deciding prioritization and cascading the information.
Finally, you will monitor the list of projects in terms of costs and timings and provide all necessary consolidated information, giving visibility on program implementation state.
