OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Health Care Aide Clinical Instructor to join our School of Health. You will be reporting the the Manager, Operations School of Health.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of current Health care experience, preferably working in Long Term Care
- LPN/RN license (required)
- Current CPR and PHIA (preferred)
- Confident and self-managing
- Efficient with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Fixed-term contract (Part-time)
Salary Rate: $34.00–$37.89
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day/Evening Shift)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
- Be available to problem solve all students and staff for questions and concerns daily
- Support and guide students in a positive learning environment on duties and responsibilities of a HCA
- Monitor students skill on assigned tasks while out on practicum
- Complete weekly report on students and their progress
- Provide feedback and assistance to student on positive or “need to work on” statements
- Collaborate with the preceptor/staff in completing a final evaluation on the student’s practical performance
- Facilitate on filling out practicum checklists
- Review final evaluations with each student
- Document daily performance on students
