Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
HCM Engagement Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of multi-audience communications for the overall HCM program, including our Workday implementation, Digital Benefits Management, and the new Equity Platform. The work will focus on senior divisional and country customers, P&O groups (CoEs, programs, roles) and overall engagement with wider audiences via a “pull” strategy. This role is responsible for collecting and sharing relevant information with all customers in a cohesive and balanced manner, with the overall goal of ensuring that interested parties are aware of all developments in a timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Is responsible for the design, build and maintenance of the HCM Hub as part of a “pull” communications strategy.
- Advises senior program team members on communications: messaging, channels, timing, audience, etc.
- Delivers regular communications to program audiences, including monthly Bulletins, bi-weekly updates, program status, success stories, etc.
- Coordinates and aligns communications needs with program customers to improve impact and minimize “noise”
- Develops, writes and delivers streamlined, clear and accessible content that drives both emotional and rational understanding of the HCM program
- Develops and shares collateral for use by extended delivery network (e.g. Regional Implementation Managers, CoE Leads, etc.)
- Prepares reports on communication efficiency (e.g. Hub Analytics, email insights, etc.) to allow accurate measurement of comms activities
- Drives implementation of customer-focused channels and interactions
