The HCM Functional Analyst – SuccessFactors is responsible for SAP SuccessFactors and supports our people strategy, employee hire to retire processes. This role reports to Group Solution Manager - People Systems, and is responsible for developing the roadmap and enhancing the Endeavour SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central experience is a Must Have)..
You will participate in research and development to enable continuing innovation to provide a better solution to improve HR/Payroll processes. You will ensure that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines.
In addition, you will be responsible for setting systems administration requirements, establishing governance processes, implementation, communication, and system security administration that support the company’s strategic objectives.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Provide application support (where required), continuous improvement and deliver upgrades/projects to maintain SAP SuccessFactors business applications & solutions, mainly focusing on Employee Central module including Time off and reporting.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, process owners and key stakeholders to identify, analyse, document business requirements and project manage small system enhancements
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors solutions, following best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements related to absence management. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes. Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance.
  • Function as analytics and reporting specialist by analysing HR data, developing standard reports, and designing and maintaining ad hoc queries
  • Co-ordinate system testing, training, user acceptance and validation testing of solutions and production changes and upgrades to applications and systems
  • Work with external vendors to provide the most effective and efficient solution to meet the business needs
  • Manage the transition to support of business applications delivered via projects
  • Assist with governance and release of system changes to production
  • Maintain compliance to audit, application security, application roles design and segregation of duties findings
  • Managing Internal and external key stakeholders

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you:

  • Atleast 3 years’ (3+) SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
  • Experience with HR business process designs and systems solutions with SuccessFactors Employee Central module (including Time Off and reporting)
  • Experience with managing SuccessFactors periodical Releases
  • Experience with application security: Roles design and authorizations matrix including mapping of business roles to transactions
  • Experience with Integrations to/from SuccessFactors Employee central
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module - Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc
  • Experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors other modules are desired
  • Experienced in preparation of test scripts/cases and the conducting of testing
  • Experience in Retail desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines - time management
  • Highly organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail
  • Creates partnerships and teamwork; applies broad business perspective; makes effective decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrates a logical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member within a complex and fast paced environment
