The team at Workforce Solutions has the privilege of providing HR consulting and recruiting services to business owners, fellow HR professionals, or anyone that just doesn’t have the resources to fully execute their HR strategy. From compliance to recruiting and everything in between, we partner with businesses to keep their people strategy on track. As an affiliate in the MBE CPAs family of companies, we also provide full HR support to the 200 employees across 11 offices in the MBE family of companies.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

• Strong computer skills for working daily in HRIS/HCM software and Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients to support their product implementation.
• Strong organization, project management, and time management skills to execute projects with quality and within deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, information technology, or another related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in software implementation role or experience as administrator in HRIS/HCM suite software desired.
• Experience working in the isolved software highly desired
• Prior experience working in human resources and/or consulting positions a plus.
