The Human Capital Management (HCM) department at GIBB is looking for another talented professional to complement their team, in the form of a HCM Officer (Human Capital Management). We welcome your application if you believe you meet the requirements for this position.

QUALIFICATION:
- National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years relevant HCM/HR experience in an administration role
- Working experience with using SAGE Payroll software(required)
- Working experience with using WEB ESS (required)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA
Skills:
- MS Office applications (Intermediate to Advanced level)

Responsibilities:
To provide HCM support to all staff on employee matters (pension, medical aid, death and disability, terminations, etc.) and to perform general HCM related administrative duties.
