Description:

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Ensure FS&Quality and technical documentations are up-to-date
Managing Raw Materials for Semi-finished Product/Packaging controls according the control Plan/B2B specifications/Quality&FS requirements
SAP material codes creation and maintenance
Ensure the implementation, validation, monitoring of the HACCP system in the semi-finished department
Take part in the qualification of the packaging suppliers for semi-finished products and B2B usage and audit reporting
Contribute to monitor packaging suppliers’ quality performance, managing and monitoring food safety NC and initiate necessary corrective actions
Edits Quality Packaging Suppliers Evaluation and maintains Vendor list
Manages FS&Quality issues along all value chain
Manages customer complaints, claims, NC
Ensures that any FS issue/NC arising is collected and improvement actions are taken
Manages product blocking for quality issue and non-compliance reasons
Manages specific projects for improving raw materials/packaging quality and for the development of new products
Manages activities related to the acquisition of new customers and for the implementation of industrial technologies
Take part in the internal audit process
Follow up actions points raised by external and internal FSQ audits
Verification of CCPs, oPRPs, Pre-requisite Program
Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of training with focus on HACCP, GMP and FS procedures, periodically checks of the effectiveness

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to Hco Plant Food Safety & Quality Manager function, the Food Safety & Quality Supervisor will ensure an end-to-end monitoring and management of Food Safety and Quality processes related to the hazelnut semi-finished products for B2B and Affiliates: Raw Materials / Semi-finished Products / Packaging in accordance with the referent perimeter.
