Description:

  • Crafting top-tier bread and pastry products that wow customers.
  • Dreaming up new recipes and putting fresh spins on old favorites.
  • Keeping tabs on inventory and supplies.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with other departments for optimal bakery operation.
  • Mastering the bakery’s production schedule.
  • Training and guiding the bakery team.
  • Keeping meticulous production records and handling administrative tasks
  • 5 years of proven experience in a bakery or similar food production setting.
  • Pastry qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Exceptional baking and pastry-making skills, with a knack for innovation.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, including staff supervision and training.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Stellar organizational and time management prowess, with a knack for juggling production schedules and inventory.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and HACCP standards.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and product developments.
  • Must have own transport and a valid license
