HEAD CHEF - ALH CENTRAL QUEENSLAND

  • Base salary of $80,000 - $90,000, plus Super, and Half Yearly bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations
  • Menu planning, inventory management and food preparation
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment
  • Create and manage staff rosters
  • Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards
