We are seeking a dynamic and talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team at one of the most prestigious racecourses in the country. As Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership skills, and culinary expertise while delivering top-notch dining experiences to our guests.

• Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to consistently deliver high-quality cuisine
• Develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and guest preferences
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to maximise profitability while minimising waste
• Collaborate with event planners to execute flawless dining experiences for race day events, weddings, corporate functions, and more
