This is a destination spot where you can focus on growing as much produce on site as you would like.
    This role does not come with numerous challenges, it is a vast, mutli-faceted business with a number of different offering across different day parts and seasons. You need to be a senior and experienced leader, able to manage numerous stakeholders and oversee a large team in a remote area. This is a big challenge for a Chef but can be hugely rewarding if you are able to make a success of it.
    Would only suit someone with a genuine understanding of the importance of sustainability and someone who has worked within a high volume business previously
