I am seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and drive culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong culinary skills and a creative approach to menu development.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
