JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Head Chef, you will be tasked with upholding the group’s established philosophy and core values while bringing your unique perspective and expertise to the table. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the success of this brand-new opening for the group.
In the capacity of Head Chef of their biggest outlet in the site, your primary responsibility shall be to oversee the kitchen operations of the newly established modern bistro.
Your leadership shall be crucial in managing food operations and assembling a competent team around you. You shall work closely with the Executive Chef, who shall facilitate the venue and your team’s success.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-volume premium establishment
- Proven success in leading your team by example and inspiring them as a creative and talented chef with exceptionally high standards
- Strong communication style with the ability to inspire those working around you
- The aptitude to build a large creative team that is focused on process and product
- Good financial and food safety knowledge
