WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic and innovative, hands one Head Chef to lead the TRYP kitchen team. We need a leader who has their finger on the pulse of the city and the fast pace of Gen X and Y urban culture. This leader of the kitchen will not only have the personality to reflect the unique and vibrant feel of TRYP, but also the drive to build the food and beverage operations, creating the TRYP culture of service with all the personal touches our hotel guests deserve.
The qualified candidate must have a strong proven track record as a Chef and have experience delivering innovative customer service through food. The ability to recruit, train and continually develop a team, whilst maintaining a strong focus on financial performance is critical to the role.
We are looking for the “hand on personality” not just the experience, if you have a back ground as a head chef or Sous Chef and most importantly, the Gen X / Y personality then we are looking for you!
