You work in development projects as part of the Tyre Design team and are responsible for ideation, designing, and developing tyre tread pattern and sidewall designs in accordance with the given project goals and schedules.

• Ideation, sketching, visualization and development of new tread pattern and sidewall designs
• Analysis of performance test results and development of designs based on them
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders (including e.g. tyre design, mold design and tyre testing)
• Creation, development and productization of new innovations
• Continuous monitoring of competitor products, tyre market, and IPR topics
• Proactive development of own and team activities and the way of working
