KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

• Recruit and lead a team of dedicated trainers.
• Deliver high qualiy, results focused HIIT classes.
• Drive the growth of the newly established Coaching Zone via social media engagement and local marketing campaigns.
• Grow the program through sales, support and training.

The role of the Head Coach is to lead a group of trainers to deliver high-quality group sessions. We are looking for an amazing trainer with the passion and energy to drive our small group training program. As the leader of Coaching Zone you will strive for the success of the program and our members’ results.
All the Coaching Zone systems and tools are provided, including Myzone and online booking and management systems. We need someone to bring their personality and flair to build this new program at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre.
The number of hours is flexible and negotiable based on the candidate. If full time is preferred, this can be accommodated with other health club roles. If you are passionate about quality service delivery we would love to hear from you!
