Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), the FP&A Manager will be responsible for supervising the FP&A team in achieving its objectives. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for coordinating our financial planning efforts through the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts as well as coordinating presentations to investors. Through his role, he will have to manage several interdepartmental projects related to the performance management of the RPA division.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or CFA title required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a financial analyst management experience, an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities related to financial projections and provide actionable data
  • Any other related tasks.
  • Ensure monitoring of the division’s treasury operations
  • Ensure the continued development and advice of FP analysts
  • Identify and propose areas for process improvement based on the optimization opportunities identified
  • Lead monthly discussions with external and internal customers
  • Lead the budgeting process (annual, quarterly, monthly) and ongoing forecasting efforts
  • Manage and assign the various requests from partners to analysts and guide them in their execution.
  • Supervise a team of financial analysts within the Financial Analysis and Planning department
  • Supervise and plan external audits
