Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Law or Professional Degree for the practice of Law (Advocates & Solicitors of the High Court)
  • Minimum 20 years of working experience in legal industry and in-house legal experience in the banking industry.

As Head, Legal & Company Secretary, he/she is responsible for the following:-

  • Manage the Singapore Legal and Corporate Secretarial function and teams.
  • Formulate and ensure effective execution of the legal strategy for Singapore with broad guidance from Singapore Management Committee (SMC") and Board of Directors.
  • Drive operational excellence across the Legal and Corporate Secretarial functions towards achieving the Bank’s and Group Legal’s strategies.
