For our Quality Assurance department at our headquarters in Austria (location: Ötztal/Bahnhof), we are looking for a

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for maintaining and further developing the quality management systems (ISO 22000, HACCP, hygiene) and certifications (MSC/ASC, organic products) as well as established quality assurance processes and testing systems
  • Support product development in collaboration with Category Management and ensure the availability of goods (quality)
  • Co-design and further develop the product policy/requirements of the respective categories based on the requirements/developments in the Austrian market
  • Define and organize product controls and product tests and manage the evaluation of test results
  • Ensure legal marketability of the products, create and maintain product specifications and critical points analyses and review safety measures
  • Conduct external audits of production partners and ensure documentation as well as the implementation of resulting measures and approval of operating sites; conduct, evaluate and document internal audits (14 branches in Austria)
  • Act as contact person for technical questions about the products at an international level as well as for official inquiries, inspections and complaints and support the crisis management team as an active member
  • Take charge of fault management and product/customer complaints and manage the implementation of corrective measures and the preparation of quality reports
  • Implement training courses on quality-related topics, take responsibility for budget investment planning and conduct competitive comparisons (benchmarking
