Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure manufacturing spare parts and projects meet demand within set timelines and cost standards.
Establish and manage systems and controls to ensure profitability of the machining center.
Develop strategies for personnel management, supporting growth and reinforcing cultural values within the team.
Oversee innovation initiatives in technology and software related to metal-mechanical manufacturing processes for the machining center.
Assign and oversee responsibilities of personnel to ensure proper execution of defined processes, adhering to codes of conduct and standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years managing operational teams.
- Minimum of 3 years in project management.
- At least 2 years experience in mechanical metal manufacturing processes.
