SUMMARY STATEMENT
As a Head of Academy Services (d/f/m) at Ottobock you will manage our Academy Services & Online Learning team at 3 locations. The team operates globally and the topics are wide-ranging - the areas of activity include marketing, training coordination, online learning, learning experience platforms, demo user management and training management.
The position is available immediately in Duderstadt, Berlin or Vienna.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You are a generalist - you have successfully completed your studies in the field of business administration, education management, strategy or a comparable qualification
- You have relevant experience with digital learning environments/platforms
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to operate at different levels
- You have an analytical and strategic mindset
- You are willing to travel (up to 25%)
- You have an intercultural competence
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
Responsibilities:
- You will be a strategic and operational leader and manage the Global Academy as part of the leadership team and are jointly responsible for the strategic direction
- You will continuously develop the Academy Services & Online Learning division in line with the strategic goals of the sales organisation and the Global Academy
- You will build a sustainable learning infrastructure for around 20,000 customers worldwide with the aim of providing all learners with low-threshold access to global training programs
- You will be responsible for the QM process OBG0058, including the control, review and approval of all relevant documents
- You will work closely with various interface partners in the Global Academy, at HQ and in the markets worldwide
- You will analyse training-relevant data to continuously improve our training offer
- You will take part in international trade fairs, congresses and other events
