Job Description
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Account Manager within the Insurance industry, with a focus on Health and Benefits. The successful candidate will manage our accounts, establish beneficial relationships with clients, and strategise to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients
- Strategise and meet sales targets within the Health and Benefits domain
- Liaise with other departments to ensure client needs are met
- Ensure satisfaction of clients and negotiate renewal of contracts

- Proven track record of success within an account management role, preferably within the Insurance, Health and Benefits industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in relevant industry software applications
