Responsibilities:
As the Head of Accounting, your responsibilities will include:
Financial Management:
- Oversee the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets for management and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax filings
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with external parties, such as banks and regulatory authorities, for financial matters
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making by senior management
