REQUIREMENTS
- PhD in tribology, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or chemistry with at least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the lubricant industry
- More than 3 years of experience in leading a research & development laboratory team, preferably in an international environment
- Strong track record of delivering new solutions and results via a customer-oriented approach
- Professional experience in project and people management in global projects, preferably with experience in lean management
- Excellent English and German language competency, with executive communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
