Description:

As a Label Manager at Puntilla, you will be pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support in various aspects of the music distribution process, including marketing creative support, asset collection, accounts onboarding, marketing plan execution, and ongoing account management. Your expertise will ensure our clients’ music reaches their target audience effectively and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Humanities, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English, with effective communication in both languages.
  • Proven experience in account management or a related role within the music industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Label Management for Clients

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, promptly addressing their needs and concerns. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation. Provide regular updates on industry trends and best practices to clients.

  • Marketing Creative Support

Collaborate with artists and labels to develop creative marketing strategies. Guide branding, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns. Offer creative input and suggestions to enhance marketing initiatives.

  • Collect Assets for the Marketing Team

Work closely with clients to gather promotional assets such as album artwork, press photos, and videos. Ensure assets meet industry standards and are prepared for distribution.

  • Accounts Onboarding Process

Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform. Educate clients on our services, features, and best practices.

  • Marketing Plan Execution Support

Assist clients in implementing their marketing plans, including social media promotion, email campaigns, and online advertising. Monitor the progress of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
