ABOUT THE TEAM

Miro started our APAC business in Sydney just over 2 years ago and has scaled this hub to a team of 60. We are now ready to commence the next phase and are looking for an Asia leader to build out our business across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, India and China, headquartered out of Singapore. This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the world’s highest value pre-IPO tech firms and be instrumental in our growth trajectory. Miro already has hundreds of thousands of users and many high value clients across the region, currently serviced remotely.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for hiring the landing team in Singapore, which will initially consist of 4 Account Executives, a Sales Development Representative, a Solution Engineer and potentially other roles, and with a remit to grow the hub as the business scales. We plan to hire the team in the next few months with the view to have an established base in place for the 2nd half of our financial year.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the hiring of the expansion team in Singapore
  • Help with business operations for the newly established Singapore hub
  • Execute on your team’s plan to meet and exceed quota.
  • Coach and manage a team of Account Executives who have fun winning together
  • Own ongoing growth and development including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring reps
  • Partner with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams to drive success
  • Personally work with our customers to drive satisfaction and further engagement
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and manage a clean pipeline via a deep knowledge of our sales process, qualification framework, and Force Management sales methodology.
  • Participate in formulating key strategic decisions as a part of the sales leadership team as well as the APAC leadership team
