REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record in business development/sales, particularly within construction or related service sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management and meeting sales targets.
- Strong financial aptitude with experience in budget management and P&L oversight.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and accustomed to operating in dynamic environments.
- Leadership abilities to inspire and steer the team towards excellence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in sales, commerce, business, or related disciplines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for client engagements.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This role entails some travel within Toowoomba and surrounding areas, with the expectation that you will regularly engage with clients for account management and business development purposes.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expand our footprint in targeted areas and increase the inventory of rental units available for our clients.
- Engage with clients to stimulate business growth, manage inquiries, and gather feedback.
- Cultivate a robust network of satisfied clients to foster future business prospects.
- Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate monthly reports, and uphold positive financial performance for the branch.
BRANCH MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
- Manage the availability of our vehicle fleet and resources within the allocated branch budget.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery by the branch team, adhering to established quality standards.
- Oversee branch personnel, inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with Head Office departments to facilitate the smooth achievement of company objectives.
