YOUR MISSION

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Head of Brand Marketing to join our Marketing Team and support the creative development of our brand and marketing programs.
Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2024.
As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Head of Brand Marketing to join our team and craft compelling brand strategies to increase brand awareness and maintain a positive product perception.
Please note that candidates must be based nearby, or willing to relocate to, Denver or Atlanta (Germany-based applicants are also welcomed, but only with extensive experience marketing to US audiences)

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide and mentor a team of 5 experienced marketing professionals to build smooth internal processes while supporting their professional and personal development
  • Oversee our social media and content strategy to engage with target audiences, our goal is to build a community of ambassadors and strong brand advocates
  • Maintain our corporate website, coordinating with product and content marketing teams the timely publication of content to ensure our users have the best website experience
  • Plan and organize our offline events strategy in America and Europe; including promotional, business, and corporate brand events
  • Track the performance of our brand through key performance indicators such as organic search traffic, organic social media and referrals, brand awareness and perception, user engagement, and followers
