HEAD OF BRANDED CONTENT PARTNERSHIPS

Base – £65 – £75K base + comms + benefits
Our client is a leading social video content publisher and content creator of social first lifestyle content designed to appeal to the Gen Z and Millennial audiences in terms of popular culture, sports and fashion.
Due to excellent engagement with media agencies and clients, my client is looking to expand by hiring another Brand Partnerships Director who has a proactive hunter mentality and can think laterally and dazzle clients and agencies with great ideas.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent black book of Top 6 Holding Company Contacts and / or possess great client direct contacts with autos, drinks, spirits, tech, telecoms, luxury and other such advertising verticals.

A core requirement of the role is that the successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Proven track record of delivering big-ticket branded content partnerships and / or selling social video
  • Collaborate with internal editorial stakeholders and internal stakeholders on ideation and content development in line with client expectations and marketing requirements
  • A proactive hunter mentality towards sourcing sales leads and engineering sales conversations with clients through compelling sales arguments and coming up with bright ideas they’ll want to buy
  • Demonstrable proof of hitting sales targets and driving sales pipelines
  • A network of media agency contacts at Top 6 global networks plus client direct contacts is also highly desirable
  • The ability to sell audiences via use of data and insight
  • Influence clients through best-in-class ideas
  • Proven history of revenue generation and beating set budgets
