As the Head of Business and Financial Communications for a DAX company, you report to the SVP of Corporate Affairs and work closely with the co-CEOs, the CFO and Investor Relations, Media Relations and Corporate Development teams. You can expect a high degree of ownership and creative freedom in an international work environment. You co-create the Corporate Affairs strategy to translate the business direction into day-to-day guidance for financial communications and M&A.

Responsibilities:

  • Accompany M&A projects as an internal, strategic communications adviser to IR and Corporate Development units- from the communication evaluation of risks and opportunities to the implementation of campaigns for individual transactions
