ARE YOU THE NEW HEAD OF BUSINESS CONTROL?

We are now looking for a rock-solid financial management professional to join the Koskisen team as our new Head of Business Control for the Panel Industry.

ABOUT YOU

For this role we are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience from financial management in an industrial setting. You have a good eye for analyzing financial data and you excel at recognizing and distilling key information. You have a good understanding of how a modern, data-driven way of working benefits the business, and you are able to support sales and production in their operational decision-making. Additionally, you are a strong communicator, a good collaborator, and you have a systematic and development-oriented way of working. You can handle pressure and you are not afraid to question and improve the established processes. Fluent Finnish and English are necessary for succeeding in this role.
We expect a university-level degree from a suitable business or technical field, and a solid experience with various information systems, such as ERP-systems, Microsoft Office, and group accounting tools such as Microsoft D365, FPM, Digia ERP or similar. In addition, BI tool skills are desirable but not a must.

This is a key role for the development and success of the Koskisen Group. You will be in charge of ensuring and developing the accuracy of financial and management accounting in close cooperation with the group finance team. You are a member of the business area Management Team, and you have an active role in supporting both the strategic and operational business development and decision-making through financial data and insights. You’ll prepare financial forecasts, organize the annual budget work, analyze and produce the monthly P&L statements, and support the pricing and credit control functions. You act as a supervisor for two Controllers.
