Description:

The Head of Partnership and Business Development will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as managing and developing existing partnerships. This individual will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the company’s partnerships and partnerships and business development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships and business development opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce) will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in image editing and/or video editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite) will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in WordPress will be an advantage.
  • Experience in social media marketing, SEO and web analytics tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential business development opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with key partners and potential partners.
  • Manage the entire business development process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and execution.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the company’s partnerships and partnerships and business development activities.
  • Manage and develop existing partnerships, including regular meetings and communication with partners to ensure successful collaboration and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and industry developments to inform business development strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
