Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales excellence frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall sales performance.
- Analyse sales data, metrics and KPI’s to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align strategies and streamline processes.
- Lead initiatives to optimize sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Continuous market analysis and segmentation to ensure R&C Sales and Service business have relevant market data, and align on strategy to drive sales.
- Drive adoption of sales technology tools and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership team to track progress against sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
- Drives steers and supports local Data Analytics team responsible for CRM data management and reporting.
- Drives steers and supports local information security office to ensure compliance, both GEA & legal.
- Drives and steers and supports local Indirect Procurement office to realize indirect supply chain opportunities, including fleet management.
- Is the team coach of the Marketing & Communication department. In that role he/she develops, supports and guides the MarCom team members in their daily job from a human point of view rather then from the content point of view.
- Drives collaboration across departments/locations/entities.
- Setup & manage networks / communities to enable co-creation / sharing & learning across organizations.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the organization
