The Business Solutions leader will support the execution of Intuity’s business offerings to customers and will support the growth of customer revenue through sales programmes, operational and delivery excellence. The role is accountable for delivery quality (including identifying improvements to existing process and methodologies), identifying new opportunities in existing or new accounts, providing solutions and associated delivery planning.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain and Build the Business: In partnership with Sales, participates in the account planning and all new opportunities. Ensuring account objectives are aligned with overall delivery programmes.
Accountable for the Solutions business P&L and delivery operational performance. Shares responsibility for the achievement of revenue, sales bookings, and the overall customer experience for designated account(s).
Work with customers in such a way that positions Intuity to understand their business model, business challenges, and overall customer buying process.
Identify customer demand for solutions that solve their urgent business challenges and work to identify how Intuity can provide capabilities that are not currently within the current portfolio.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging to customers, to continue to evolve product and solution offerings.
Participate in formal Account Reviews and contribute to the account plans and reviews to ensure a collaborative approach to growing their assigned accounts.
Operational & Delivery Excellence: Provide for an exceptional customer experience by aligning on key business objectives with a relentless focus on operational and delivery performance.
Create the overall strategy for project delivery according to the overall customer management strategy (excellent customer service). Plan and supervise day-to-day execution of customer projects that meet or exceed quality, profitability, stability, timeline, and customer experience metrics.
Accountable for internal P&L of each project and responsible for the profitability of selected accounts as a whole.
Proactively monitor overall progress at regular intervals to key stakeholders, resolving issues and initiating corrective action, as appropriate, and in accordance with the governance arrangements.
Share best practices, build common methodology for different services and collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on possible improvements to current methods or exploit new opportunities in technology or solutions.
Provide work estimates and ensure all programs and solutions are delivered leveraging best practices and the INTUITY standards of program methodology. Make recommendations as necessary to modify the overall project plan and reset priorities to achieve those goals.
Grow talent within Intuity: In partnership with the HR function, ensure we retain key employees and provide opportunities to develop their skills and contribute to company objectives.
Provide day-to-day leadership to the business solutions team
Accountable for the establishment of clear roles and responsibilities for direct reports
Accountable for overall coaching and performance management of the team
Work with HR to identify improvements in current talent management processes
Ensure T&D plans are in place for all direct employees including regular monitoring to ensure attainment of those personal development plans.
