Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Setting and updating pipeline-specific strategies
- Monitoring and forecasting recruiting outcomes; adjusting strategy and processes as needed
- Accountability on offer process integrity, hiring bar, delivery against workforce plan, compensation and intern program outcomes for coverage area
- Management of regional campus recruitment team; coaching, career development, learning, and setting direction
- Partner with Managers per business/pipeline to understand key talent priorities
- Supporting firmwide projects - Setting timeline and direction on projects under key firmwide domains (compensation, process efficiency, HR technology, reporting, onboarding & immigration, etc.)
- Ensuring that pipeline-specific and business-specific needs are met by firmwide workstreams: pre-arrival & on-boarding, offsite, & event programming, and evaluation
- Co-designing and implementing programming to meet any pipeline/business-specific needs
- Regular engagement of senior business leaders on key topics, generally monthly / bi-monthly (or as needed for hiring decisions).
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- At least 10 + years of relevant recruitment experience, having previously held a campus recruitment role
- Experience within a financial services/professional services is essential
- Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Manager or business-related discipline from a top University
- Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to negotiate effectively and use data to influence hiring managers
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Excellent communication skills and articulate
