Job Description
Delivery Hero is building the next generation global online food-ordering platform with a mission to be the international leader of the category. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.
We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Head of Category Management for our team in Berlin. If you are looking to create and lead the business impact in multiple markets, then this may be the place for you!
This role will be based in Berlin and will report to the Regional Commercial Director for Dmarts, Europe.

YOUR HEROIC SKILLS:

• 8+ years of experience and a proven track record of success in category management, strategic planning, and operational leadership within a multinational environment, ideally within FMCG and e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
