The Company offers engineered luxury for VIP customers looking for personal and professional services for their private aviation needs: aircraft sales and acquisitions, aircraft operations and charter management, cabin interiors, maintenance and upgrades.
    The Company is currently seeking a full-time Head of Charter Sales to lead the Sales team. The position will be based in Dubai office, and you will work alongside an international team. Head of Charter Sales will report directly to the CEO.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Solid CHARTER SALES BACKGROUND within the BUSINESS AVIATION industry sector is ESSENTIAL
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve set targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop strategic sales plans that align with company goals and market dynamics.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the aviation market, including charter operations, aircraft management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts and terms with clients, sub-charter parties, and other stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with diverse stakeholders and clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, financial reports, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Proficient in addressing and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with aviation-specific tools such as Salesforce, FL3XX, and Microsoft Teams, as well as general tech savviness.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the charter sales team
  • Assign sales and business development tasks to members of the team and follow up on their progress
  • Monitor the performance of the team members and provide encouragement, feedback, guidance, and advice as necessary
  • Present the yearly sales forecast and strategy to the CEO and board of directors
  • Set the sales targets in line with the board expectations and work with the team to reach them
  • Closely monitor the charter market and identify potential opportunities and follow related leads
  • Increase the charter demand through constant communication with existing clients and potential prospects through different means
  • Market the charter aircraft and route availability to attract demand
  • Work closely with the VP marketing and social media manager to generate market specific material and marketing campaigns
  • Negotiate prices and terms of conditions with clients and review contract amendment proposals with the support of the SVP Legal and the CEO
  • Customize agile strategies for different aircraft and markets and propose them to CEO and the Board
  • Liaise with the aircraft owners for the charter business related to their aircraft
  • Liaise with OCC and CAMO for flight feasibility and aircraft availability
  • Liaise with Finance for charter related payments
  • Sub-charter aircraft from 3rd parties to direct clients, and coordinate between the client and the operator to close deals
  • Ensure company tools are properly used by the team (Salesforce, Teams, FL3XX etc…)
  • Work closely with the rest of the commercial team on charter opportunities linked to their direct leads
  • Create customized block hour and lease proposals and negotiate terms and conditions with clients
  • Review the charter pricing model for different aircraft and optimize based on actual costs to improve the price and remain competitive
  • Identify other commercial opportunities and involve or handover to the concerned person (aircraft sales, aircraft management, aircraft maintenance and upgrades)
