ArchiPro empowers businesses to grow online and helps millions of people embarking on their building journey find what they love and need, from architects, designers and builders to products and materials in the construction industry.
We showcase a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial designs, and provide a resource for anyone looking to build, renovate, or find inspiration for their own projects.

Users can browse through completed project portfolios, find detailed information about the professionals behind the designs, discover the latest trends in architecture and interior design, and find and source interior products and building materials all in one place.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • A minimum of 6 years digital marketing experience (email & social marketing experience strongly preferred) .
  • Strong back end proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and excellent editing skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

ArchiPro’s Client Advertising team is a critical component of our growth and customer success department and a key driving force behind our continuous product evolution within a traditional and complex industry. Our success is dependent on building solutions that help our clients to connect, engage and transact within our two-sided marketplace.
Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will hold a central position in developing and delivering powerful advertising solutions for our valued ArchiPro clients. You will be a strategic architect, crafting customised ad campaigns that translate client goals into impactful results across diverse channels. As a natural leader, you will foster a collaborative environment, empowering your team of 5 digital marketers to deliver exceptional service and exceed client result expectations.
As the Head of our Client Advertising department, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between advertising strategies and client success outcomes. You will work closely with our customer success teams to provide ongoing insights into campaign performance, client needs, and potential upsell opportunities. This collaboration will ensure campaign adjustments are informed by real-time client data and feedback, maximising long-term value and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES (CLIENT ADVERTISING):

  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies for existing client portfolios, aligning with their unique brand aspirations, target audiences, and budget realities.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, spanning digital, email and on-platform marketing.
  • Analyse campaign performance, interpret data insights, and recommend actionable adjustments to maximise effectiveness and ROI.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactive communicator, exceeding expectations at every turn.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new platforms, and evolving consumer behaviours to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
