Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role
The Head of Co-curricular Administration reports to the Executive Director of Co-curricular and is responsible for facilitating the administration of all Co-curricular programs at the College. This busy role manages a team of 3 administrators and works with a fantastic department of passionate individuals. The vast array of Co-curricular offerings our students are able to participate in ensures no two days are the same.
Ideally we are looking for an experienced administrator with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to motivate and lead a well-regarded team within the College.

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:

  • 5+ Years experience in an administrative role
  • An intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Suite
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace products desirable, not essential
  • Experience with bespoke software packages and systems
  • Team management or management of external providers
  • Excellent attention to detail, 70 WPM+ desirable
  • Proven track record of preparation of materials for a large audiences
  • Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College
