YOUR MISSION
Reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, we’re seeking an ambitious Head of Commercial to lead our Sales team at Johnson Hana. The Head of Commercial role will be key in converting strategy into execution.
This pivotal role requires proven expertise in closing incremental business by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. While primarily focused on mid-large size businesses in Ireland, you’ll also have opportunities for international expansion.
As Head of Commercial, you will manage a team of 2, driving their performance and ensuring alignment with our sales objectives. You’ll work cross-functionally throughout the deal process, from initial engagement to onboarding and subsequent upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously refine Johnson Hana’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to revolutionize legal solutions in Ireland.
- Directly manage and lead the sales team, refine and build KPIs and metrics to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
- Lead key pitch and presentation preparation.
- Lead key deal negotiations with strategic partners and prospects, driving the adoption of Johnson Hana’s solutions.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Johnson Hana’s proposition, focusing on selling strategic, higher-value, multi-year deals to sophisticated legal customers.
- Foster collaborative relationships across teams, including Delivery, CRM, Talent, and Marketing, to maximize the effectiveness of sales efforts.
- Cultivate partnerships and relationships with key customers, both internally and externally, to strengthen Johnson Hana’s position in the legal market.
- Optimize the sales workflow by refining prospect targeting, lead qualification, and CRM utilization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop team members through continuous coaching, training and mentoring.
- Promote a culture of sales excellence across the organization by enhancing processes and capabilities to support Johnson Hana’s growth objectives.
