Responsibilities:
The Head of Communications is a key leadership role within the Corporate Communications and Philanthropy Department. The role’s primary responsibility is to ensure Peninsula Health creates exceptional and engaging content to help achieve our brand and fundraising objectives, as well as delivering engaging and targeted internal communications. This includes responsibility for all corporate communications (website, social media, email, print, publications), internal communications (intranet, campaigns, newsletters, staff meetings) public relations and events, government relations, media and issues management.
The Head of Communications leads a high performing team consisting of a Communications Specialist, Communications Officer and Digital Designer. The role reports to the Director, Corporate Communications & Philanthropy.
