️ YOUR SKILLS

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Social Media, Communications, and PR.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Great leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Strategic vision and strong execution skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking to optimize strategies.
  • Adaptability and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Preferably, a background in journalism and experience within the tech space, especially SaaS.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage public relations efforts, building strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and enhance our public image
  • Lead our social media strategy, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience and increases brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
  • Plan and execute integrated social media campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Act as both a strategic advisor and operative expert within Social Media and Communications both globally and locally
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communication and social media initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Oversee the development and management of branded merchandise, ensuring it promotes brand visibility and engagement
