️ YOUR SKILLS
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a similar field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Social Media, Communications, and PR.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Great leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
- Strategic vision and strong execution skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking to optimize strategies.
- Adaptability and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Preferably, a background in journalism and experience within the tech space, especially SaaS.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Manage public relations efforts, building strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and enhance our public image
- Lead our social media strategy, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience and increases brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
- Plan and execute integrated social media campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Act as both a strategic advisor and operative expert within Social Media and Communications both globally and locally
- Monitor and analyze the performance of communication and social media initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee the development and management of branded merchandise, ensuring it promotes brand visibility and engagement
