Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A relevant University/Master Degree
- Significant actuarial experience and skills
- People management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
- Effective at organizing and delivering projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly, acquire new skills and solve problems with a solution-orientated approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong IT skills (e.g. MS Office) plus the ability to learn new IT systems /outstanding Excel skills
- Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal)
Responsibilities:
As our Head of Compensation and Benefits you will be reporting to the Human Resources Director for Germany and Cluster DACH. This exciting opportunity will come with the responsibility of managing and driving compensation and benefits agenda in Germany in line with global Imperial Brands compensation and benefits guidelines.
