Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Compliance to lead our compliance efforts in BeOne project and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. The Head of Compliance will play a key role in developing, implementing, and updating compliance programs and procedures but also establishing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies. This position requires strong leadership skills, regulatory expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Develop and implement compliance procedures and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in regulatory meetings as the AML/Compliance representative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks, implement controls, and address regulatory issues.
  • Develop and maintain compliance procedures, including transaction monitoring protocols, KYC processes, and other compliance-related documentation.
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends, and provide guidance on emerging compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters, and provide guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Train and mentor junior compliance staff on compliance procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in compliance-related projects and initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes.ntinuous improvement of compliance processes.
