YOUR MISSION

As the Head of Consumer Marketing (m/f/d), your primary objective is to lead the expansion of the Bliq app, our consumer product, throughout the European market. You will drive user acquisition, enhance user engagement, and establish our brand as the challenger in the European mobility market.

You are right for this role if you embrace the opportunity of joining our team early in its growth path. You are not afraid to work hands-on and deeply involve yourself in every single aspect of establishing Bliq as a successful consumer brand in the mobility space.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A proven track record of building and scaling consumer brands in Europe, preferably in the DACH region, and ideally within the mobility or related tech sectors.
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field, with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
  • A profound understanding of the European consumer tech ecosystem, market dynamics, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling the translation of data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, including experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and ideally German

We’ve spent the past three years building the Bliq Driver app that helps drivers control the biggest platforms in their area on a single interface, work easier, and earn more. Responsibilities:

The Bliq consumer app has already achieved a successful launch, garnering a strong base of over 80,000 early adopters. Your role is pivotal in advancing it to the next level. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to expand the active user base as well as engagement.
  • Implementing scalable marketing initiatives to attract and retain users effectively.
  • Refining and championing our brand across marketing, media, and other strategic channels.
  • Analyzing market trends to position our product effectively against competitors.
  • Managing budgets and forecasts to ensure the efficient allocation of resources towards growth initiatives.
  • Cultivating partnerships and collaborations to increase product visibility and user adoption.
  • Establishing an initial, highly efficient marketing organization within Bliq.
  • Regularly reporting on growth metrics, insights, and strategic adjustments as a key member of the leadership team.
