We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Content Creation to lead and inspire our talented team of content creators, copywriters, videographers, reelmakers, and external agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, with a strong understanding of the LatAm market. Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media, video production, and digital marketing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong editorial and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and trends.
• Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
• Extensive experience in Meta ads creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency. Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
• Experience in the LatAm market is a significant advantage.
