Description:
An experienced and motivated leader with a passion for conveyancing is sought to join our client, an award-winning law firm, is seeking a Head of Conveyancing to join their dynamic team.
With offices across Wilthsire they are known for their historic presence but for their modern forward-thinking approach. They lead on service, not price, and as such have delivered exceptional legal services in the Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
As the Head of Conveyancing, you will be responsible for leading a successful and highly regarded team. Your role will involve ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, setting goals, and shaping the strategic direction of the department. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating, training, and managing staff, creating an inspiring and successful work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in managing teams.
- Experience in fee earning and performance management.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Good technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve.
- Flexibility in work approach.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the conveyancing team, setting goals and expectations.
- Analyse processes and drive improvements.
- Provide comprehensive training to new and existing staff.
- Maintain high standards of client service.
- Focus on long-term growth and profitability.
